Artist's impression views of a new building development in London.

A family property development company who are building 5 new homes in the Pitsea area of London needed artist's impression views to aid in their marketing of the properties. Images which could be used on their Kingsley Construction website and on billboard advertisements.

Lauren contacted me and explained what was required. An exterior view of all the properties and 5 interior views of the rooms.

I scribbled a few rough designs on paper, scanned them in, sent them to Lauren and a couple of weeks later I had drawn the finished images up on the computer.

Using Photoshop ment that I could edit and refine the images to give lighting effects which gave the illusion of reality. And the budget was realitively tight, so time was not unlimited
